Molly Stetzer is a Clinical Nurse Specialist on the Wound Ostomy Team at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), where she has practiced since 2014. A board-certified Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse, she has led numerous initiatives to prevent hospital-acquired pressure injuries, improve pediatric ostomy care, and implement evidence-based wound and ostomy care practices. Molly leads CHOP’s Safe Patient Handling Program and previously served as the HAPI Team Lead for a decade. She is currently an APP Research Fellow investigating pressure injuries at the end of life in pediatric critical care. A frequent presenter and published author, Molly is recognized nationally for her work on pediatric skin integrity, ostomy care, and interprofessional education.
