FUNDING REQUEST LETTER

Funding Request Letter

Need help asking your boss to help fund your attendance at WOCNext? Download our Request for Funding Letter to show leadership the value of WOCNext, how the education will help advance your clinical skills, and provide a clear breakdown of associated costs. The letter contains editable sections to enter your name/title, your supervisor's name, and estimated costs. Save the PDF when you complete everything and send that version to your boss.

Registration Policies

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be emailed to Julianna King Williams at jking@wocn.org. A $75.00 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations postmarked on or before Friday, May 8, 2026. Refund requests cannot be honored after Friday, May 8, 2026. All refunds will be issued after the event.

Registration Transfer Policy

All registration transfer requests must be emailed to Julianna King Williams at jking@wocn.org. The registrant who wishes to transfer their registration must submit a letter stating who they are transferring their registration to. The individual receiving the registration transfer may need to upgrade or modify the existing registration. All financial aspects of the transfer must be handled between the current and new registrant. If you need to cancel your registration, all refund requests must be in by Friday, May 8, 2026.

Full-Time Student

Any individual who is a full-time student in a health-related field or attending a WOCN-accredited WOC Nursing Education Program can take advantage of the student fees. Students must show proof of student status (e.g., copy of current enrollment or letter from faculty advisor) with registration.               

The WOCN Society reserves the right to substitute faculty or reschedule sessions.

Group Registration Discount

Register one person at the full conference price and save 10% on up to 5 additional registrations! Registrants added after you checkout will not be part of the same order and therefore are not eligible for the volume discount.
