Virtual Audience

WOCNext 2026 is being planned as an educational event featuring both virtual and in-person education, networking, and activities geared towards WOC nurses and other healthcare professionals. We ask that you keep that in mind as you are working on your presentation. How can you involve, include, incorporate both audiences? WOCNext will offer polling and interactive Q&A features.

Registration

Register for WOCNext 2026 using the special speaker promo code that you received in your speaker communications. This code will provide you with free registration. You will be notified when registration opens in early 2026.

Please visit the Speaker Ready Room at the following times below to confirm we have your current presentation files ready, as soon as possible. Do not go to your session without first checking in at the Speaker Ready Room. The Speaker Ready Room location is TBD.

Housing

WOCNext will cover one-night hotel accommodation per session at one of the conference hotels. Please click here to provide us with your estimated arrival and departure information, so that we can arrange your accommodation for you. Please complete this form by Monday, February 16, 2026. Once your room is confirmed, you will receive the confirmation number and any additional information.

Travel

Speakers will be provided with round-trip economy/coach class airfare for speaking at WOCNext 2026. Arrangements for travel must be made through the WOCN travel agent, Crystal Travel, by Friday, April 17, 2026.
