Vycki Nalls has been a geriatric nurse practitioner for 15 years working predominantly in post-acute environments. She received her BSN from Johns Hopkins School of Nursing and her masters and PhD from University of Maryland School of Nursing. Dr. Nalls has presented nationally on palliative wound care at SAWC, WoundCon, GAPNA, HPNA, MMDA, and PALTmed. She is a contributing author for chapters in Advance Practice Palliative Nursing 2nd edition and Acute and Chronic Wounds 6th edition. She has served as a board member for the Association for the Advancement of Wound Care (AAWC), Mid-Atlantic Medical Directors Association (MMDA), and the Post-Acute Wound & Skin Integrity Council (PAWSIC) and currently is on the board for GAPNA.
