Mary Hill, RN, BScN, MN, NSWOC, WOCC(C), FNSWOC is a certified nurse specialized in wound, ostomy and continence and an educator and consultant for Assisted Living Alberta, Integrated Home Care, Calgary Alberta Canada. In her advanced practice role, she supports health care professionals and clients in wound, ostomy, continence and fistula management. In addition to being a former President of NSWOC Canada, Mary has held many key leadership positions and is the current Chair of the NSWOC Canada National Conference Planning Committee and Regional Director for Canada for the International Skin Tear Advisory Panel (ISTAP). She is actively involved in the development of National Best Practice Guidelines and publications related to wound, ostomy and continence management. In 2025, Mary received an inaugural fellowship from NSWOCC recognizing her leadership, expertise and contribution to wound, ostomy, continence nursing specialty.
