JoAnn Ermer-Seltun is President and Co-Director of WEB WOC® Programs, an accredited WOCN® online WOC nursing education program. A certified WOC nurse since 1989 and Family Nurse Practitioner since 1999, she brings over 36 years of clinical experience in continence, wound, and ostomy care. She co-edited the second edition of the WOCN Core Curriculum: Continence Management (2022) and authored or co-authored several chapters, including “Prevention and Management of UTIs in Adults.” She recently served on a 2025 interdisciplinary Delphi Panel for hospital-onset UTI prevention and previously led Bladder Control Solutions, LLC.
