Gisele Valentine RN, BSN, MBA CWS, DAPWCA is a seasoned registered nurse with over 34 years of clinical expertise. A graduate of the University of Maryland School of Nursing, she is a certified wound care specialist. Gisele’s diverse experience encompasses trauma nursing and homecare, blending her passion for nursing, wound care, and clinical education. In her current role as Clinical Director of Wound Care and Compression at Essity, Gisele travels globally to educate healthcare professionals on wound care best practices and improved patient outcomes. With more than 20 years in home health care, she is dedicated to empowering communities through education on a variety of health topics. Gisele believes that knowledge is power and is committed to helping individuals make informed healthcare decisions for themselves and their loved ones.
