Christine O’Donnell, CWOCN, is a Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Northeast Philadelphia. She brings 12 years of nursing experience, including 7 years specializing in wound and ostomy care across inpatient and outpatient settings. Alongside colleagues Kerri Kelly, CWOCN, and Tina O’Mara, CWON CRNP, she identified a critical need to better support oncology patients in navigating intimacy concerns following ostomy surgery. Together, they developed and delivered a series of Lunch and Learn sessions designed to equip clinic nurses with the knowledge and confidence to address intimacy related topics during post‑operative visits.
