(207) Electronic Clinical Quality Measure HH-PI

This session will explain how healthcare facilities receive payment from CMS and the connection to the facility's Quality Reporting. CMS has defined HH-PI to state that if a patient should suffer a facility-acquired pressure injury during the episode of care, this would cause the patient to fall into the HH-PI reporting. CMS is tracking the occurrence of a pressure injury, not the severity/Stage of a pressure injury. This session will explain the details of the HH-PI measure and CMS updates.
