Welcome to WOCNext 2026 – First-Time Attendee Guide

This guide highlights educational opportunities, networking events, and tips to help you navigate WOCNext with confidence so you can focus on learning, connecting, and enjoying the experience.

When You Arrive

  • Check in at the registration desk to pick up your attendee badge, tote bag, and program:
    • Saturday, May 30 | 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
    • Sunday, May 31 | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Monday, June 1 | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Tuesday, June 2 | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Bring your name badge to every session

Here’s what your first day (and beyond) looks like:

  • First-Time Attendee Meet & Greet: Saturday, May 30 | 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
    Connect with fellow first-timers and your Conference Buddy if you have one.
  • Welcome Mixer: Saturday, May 30 | 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
    Relax, enjoy refreshments, and meet new people.
  • WOCN Society Chapter Breakfasts: Sunday, May 31 | 7:30 PM – 8:45 AM
    Network with local WOCN® Society members from your local area.
  • Grand Opening & Keynote: Sunday, May 31 | 9:00 AM – 10:15 AM
    Get inspired with Siri Lindley’s keynote and big-picture takeaways for your practice.

  • General & Concurrent Sessions: Practical updates and specialty topics
  • Symposia Sessions: Industry-supported presentations with CE/Non-CE options:

Exhibit Hall & Poster Hall

The Exhibit Hall is one of the most valuable parts of WOCNext.
Exhibit Hall Hours:

  • Sunday, May 31 | 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM – Opening Reception (hors d’oeuvres)
  • Monday, June 1 | 11:15 AM – 2:15 PM – Boxed Lunch
  • Tuesday, June 2 | 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM – Boxed Lunch

  • On-Demand Recordings:
    • Available ~2 weeks after the event through September 15, 2026
    • Watch sessions you couldn’t attend live
    • Evaluations are open until September 15, 2026
