EVENT SUPPORT AND MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES

WOCNext® 2022: A Global Education Event from WOCN® and WCET® is a hybrid event-- Simultaneous LIVE, in-person and online education, networking, and exhibiting experience. Connect with the WOCN Society's North American wound, ostomy, and continence (WOC) nurse members and the World Council of Enterostomal Therapists® international enterostomal therapist (ET) nurse members. Networking & Education

A 90-minute educational session to be held throughout our WOCNext 2022 program*. These sessions include the following elements:

  • Space in Fort Worth and coordination of audio-visual equipment 
  • Registration for the event
  • Experienced WOCNext event Moderator to facilitate session and live Q&A
  • Polling within the session
  • List of all contact information for those that attended your session
  • Special marketing of all Symposia sessions via WOCNext emails and social media
  • Included in the main program schedule on the conference website, final program, mobile app and virtual event platform

CE Symposium $45,000 Educational presentation to be created, managed, and executed by the WOCNext National Conference Planning Committee and awarded continuing education credits.
Non-CE Symposium $30,000 Educational presentation to be created, managed, and executed by the supporting company and produced on our virtual event platform.

Live - $7,500 each

On Demand - $4,000 each (limited availability) 

Showcase your product or service with a 30-minute Non-CE presentation that could include an infomercial, panel discussion, or research update. WOCNext Innovation Hub presentations will be available to the live and virtual audiences. All presentations must be approved by WOCNext staff prior to the event. 

These sessions include the following elements:

  • List of all contact information for those that attended your session
  • Special marketing of all Innovation Hub sessions via WOCNext emails and social media
  • Included in promotion on the conference website, final program, mobile app, and virtual event platform
Live Live Virtually produced presentation with our production team in a Zoom setting. There will also be a dedicated area within the exhibit hall for in person attendees to watch your session live in Fort Worth. This approach allows both audiences to interact in real time with session Q&A as well as audience polling. Live presentations are included as part of the event Program schedule. Presentation is recorded and placed on demand for attendee viewing post event.
On Demand Pre-recorded presentation produced by you or our production team and featured in our dedicated “Innovation Hub” section of the virtual event platform. Presentation is available on demand for attendee viewing during and after the live event.

A symposium (CE or Non-CE) with live streaming allows your company to provide a ninety-minute session of mutually beneficial education to the live and virtual attendees. The addition of live streaming to the symposium will afford an additional 1000+ individuals the ability to participate in Q&A with the faculty and in person attendees and earn continuing education if applicable. This session will also be recorded and available on demand.

Support the biggest networking party of the year! A social event for all attendees is being planned during the annual conference. Help bring this night to the group by enhancing the fun through activities, entertainment and more as the WOC/ET nurses celebrate their relationships and profession. Both exclusive and partial support options and pricing are available. Recognition includes advertising and signage.

Opportunities Include: Photobooth, Line Dancing, Mechanical Bull, Caricature Artist, Event Band, Firework Show, Transportation and more!

Branded Attendee Experiences and Giveaways

Two chances every day to provide a refreshing coffee/tea break along with an energizing snack. Keep attendees engaged and fulfilled throughout the day. Branded napkins and signage promote company name and logo.

Provide each attendee with a branded water bottle that can be used and reused throughout the event as well as taken home with them too. These will be handed out as part of the registration process. Pricing includes production and shipping costs.

Encourage attendee engagement with the virtual photo booth where they can take pictures and add fun elements to it, just like a real photo booth! We will work together to create games and incentives for them to post pictures on social media using the event hashtag. The booth settings allow for customization of art and colors and will be branded jointly between the event and supporter. The inclusive, user-friendly platform allows for a personalized experience geared towards making attendees smile all while strengthening your brand. Customized features include:

"Show Me The Way" - Create a visual route to your exhibit booth with footprint stickers. Pricing varies based on distance /size of printing/quantity. Supporter creates artwork for WOCN approval. 

Brand your company logo, message and clickable link to every WOCNext attendee conference hotel confirmation. Be a part of the printed details brought to the conference by WOC nurses. The message should provide incentive to WOC nurses to view your web site and/or come prepared for a special treat in your booth.

An exclusive door hanger promotional piece is hung on all attendees’ doors on Sunday or Monday evening, June 5 or 6, 2022. Only one company can take advantage of this opportunity per day. Printed pieces by the supporter become a one-of-a-kind promotion. The supporter is responsible for all costs associated with creating the artwork for the piece. Artwork must be submitted to WOCNext staff for approval. Pricing includes printing and distribution to host hotels.

As soon as attendees check into their hotel, your company’s message is immediately distributed via branded hotel room keys, along with the conference schedule-at-a-glance. This opportunity allows your company to be in the attendees pocket throughout the conference. Art work set up and printing included.

Brand the physical AND virtual tote bag with your company logo at the top alongside the event logo. Receive premiere insert placement as this opportunity also includes two virtual tote bag inserts that will be listed as "Featured" and pinned to the top of the bag. As well as two physical inserts to be stuffed in the tote bag (The supporter is responsible for printing and shipping the inserts to the bag assembly company). Analytics for the overall virtual tote bag will be available post event.

Support the conference app and have your company's brand at the attendee's fingertips. Every single time they open the app your branding will appear on the app splash page, the supporter will have their own menu listing to direct attendees to the URL of their choice and will also get exclusive branding options within the app. Our app is used to allow attendees to access event information, schedules, abstracts, booth profiles and more right on their phones. The app is available in all major app stores and has seen increased usage year over year.

Daily Sponsor Video - You will have the opportunity to showcase your brand in front of ALL attendees in an engaging and dynamic way. Daily videos will highlight the best moments of WOCNext and will be distributed to all registered attendees both on site and virtually, as well as members who are unable to attend the event through digital marketing

Email Marketing

Create a special message to all pre-registered healthcare professionals and WOCNext event email subscribers delivered prior to WOCNext 2022. Send us your content in word format along with links and images. We will design/draft for your review prior to sending your message. Use this as a chance to connect and share your message before the event. For an additional $1,500, plan a post event message within two weeks of the event. Published each day of the WOCNext event, attendees use this digital publication to gain insights into daily events, education, and networking opportunities while onsite. Single day advertising and exclusive event packages available.
