Miro3D is a unique three-dimensional, porous wound care matrix designed to fill deep, tunneling, and irregular wound beds. While all other biologic wound matrices are manufactured from 2D source materials (dermis, placenta, amniotic tissue) which limits their ability to create a 3D matrix, Miro3D is sourced from porcine liver which preserves its original 3D structure resulting in a 3D wound matrix. Miro3D is offered in four different size configurations ranging from 2cm x 2cm up to a 10cm x 5cm block, all 2cm in thickness.
Broad range of clinical uses including:
- Stage III and IV pressure ulcers
- Necrotizing fasciitis
- Partial and full-thickness wounds
- Wound dehiscence
- Perirectal abscess
- Diabetic foot ulcers
- Pilonidal sinus disease
- Trauma wounds
- Other tunneled and undermined wounds
