Networking & Education

All meetings planned independently of the conference are categorized as affiliate meetings. If you'd like to request meeting space for education, entertainment or other events during the conference please complete the online request form.

All events involving conference attendees require approval by WOCNext staff. This includes events scheduled at unofficial facilities.

A 90-minute educational session with live streaming allows the in-person and virtual attendees the ability to participate and interact with each other and the faculty while earning continuing education credits. These presentations will also be recorded and available on demand for all attendees to view post event.

These sessions include the following elements:

  • Continuing Nursing Education Contact Hours for all symposium attendees
  • Program development - Includes needs assessment, objectives, and overview of the symposium
  • Management of all speaker information (invitation letter, travel, honoraria)
  • Function space at the event
  • Management of food and beverage for the symposium
  • Coordination of audiovisual equipment for the symposium
  • Speaker and symposium attendee registration
  • Participant evaluation and instructions to obtain contact hours
  • Experienced WOCNext event Moderator to facilitate session and live Q&A
  • Polling within the session is available
  • List of all contact information for those that attended your session in person and virtually as well as two additional lists provided third and fourth quarter of the year of on-demand participants

A non-accredited breakfast symposium is a seventy-five-minute educational presentation that includes specific product reference(s). This session would afford you the opportunity to do product demonstration and education.

These sessions include the following elements:

  • Function space at an event hotel
  • Coordination of audiovisual equipment for the symposium
  • Registration for the event
  • Participant evaluation
  • Participant Lists (in person attendees as well as virtual and on demand lists if live streamed)

On Monday, June 5th and/or Tuesday, June 6th, a flavorful, nutritiously prepared lunch is provided for all attendees. With this support your company can be featured and recognized in the Conference Final Program and Exhibit Hall signage at multiple points of distribution; a customized sticker brands the box with your company logo/name. Both exclusive and partial support options and pricing are available.

The Opening Night Reception in the Exhibit Hall on Sunday, June 4th is the perfect way to host the opening event of the conference with your company recognition mixed in with the delivery of delicious food, beverages and relaxing ambiance. Both exclusive and partial support options and pricing are available. Recognition includes Final Program advertising, signage, and logoed napkins.

On Demand - $4,000 each (limited availability)

Showcase your product or service with a 30-minute Non-CE presentation. These virtually produced sessions allow for your company to select experts from anywhere in the world to provide the live educational sessions to in-person and virtual attendees. Attendees can attend live either in-person in the Innovation Hub on the exhibit hall floor or via our virtual event platform. Your presentation could be an infomercial, panel discussion, research update, interactive and more – you choose! Live presentations are included as part of the event Program schedule and the presentation are recorded and placed on demand for all attendees to view post event.

A Non-CE symposium with live streaming allows both the in-person and virtual attendees the ability to participate and interact while experiencing your company’s educational session. This session will also be recorded and available on demand for all attendees to view post event.

Branded Attendee Experiences and Giveaways

Use our cyber café as a custom station branded with your company logo. Choose the screen saver, add a selected icon to the desktop, bring branded mouse pads, etc. Nearly all attendees visit the cyber cafe to check e-mail and complete their conference evaluations.

Two chances every day to provide a refreshment along with an energizing snack. Keep attendees engaged and fulfilled throughout the day. Both exclusive and partial support options and pricing are available. Branded napkins and signage promote company name and logo.

Partner with WOCNext to find a fun and engaging way to connect with the attendees. These spaces will be created collaboratively to bring an element of interaction and fun to the exhibit hall floor and help you maximize your leads. These spaces will be branded you’re your logo and include branded signage.

Options could include:

  • Puppy Play Pen – Interactive space to pet puppies
  • Recharge Lounge – A space for attendees to recharge their phones, electronics and themselves
  • Wellness Space – Custom area where attendees can receive some sort of wellness treatment (yoga class, massages, aromatherapy, etc.)
  • Selfie Station – Backdrop and camera for attendees to capture fun moments together
  • 360 Degree Photo Booth – A place to take unique 360 degree interactive photos
  • Ribbon Wall – Custom branded ribbon wall that can be placed in your booth to drive the traffic directly to you! Attendees always love to add fun ribbons to their badges.
  • Park Benches – Brand park benches strategically located in the main aisles

Provide each attendee with a branded water bottle that can be used and reused throughout the event as well as taken home with them too. These will be handed out as part of the registration process. Pricing includes production and shipping costs.

Encourage virtual attendee engagement with the virtual photo booth where they can take pictures and add fun elements to it, just like a real photo booth! We will work together to create games and incentives for them to post pictures on social media using the event hashtag. The booth settings allow for customization of art and colors and will be branded jointly between the event and supporter. The inclusive, user-friendly platform allows for a personalized experience geared towards making attendees smile all while strengthening your brand.

Digital & Traditional Advertising

"Show Me The Way" - Create a visual route to your exhibit booth with footprint stickers. Pricing varies based on distance /size of printing/quantity. Supporter creates artwork for WOCN approval. Exclusive support opportunity from the front entrance to your booth. 

An exclusive door hanger promotional piece is hung on all attendees’ doors on Sunday or Monday evening, June 4 or 5, 2023. Only one company can take advantage of this opportunity per day. Printed pieces by the supporter become a one-of-a-kind promotion. The supporter is responsible for all costs associated with creating the artwork for the piece. Artwork must be submitted to WOCNext staff for approval. Pricing includes printing and distribution to host hotels.

Brand the event tote bag with your company logo alongside the event logo. Our attendees look forward to the convenience of the annual tote bag and collect them from year to year to be used long after the event. Cost includes bags, artwork and shipping. This opportunity also includes two complimentary tote bag inserts to be stuffed in the bag (The supporter is responsible for printing and shipping the inserts to the bag assembly company).

Looking for a the perfect way to get in front of ALL attendees? Create buzz, advertise a product, include a sample, etc. This opportunity has become so much MORE than a piece of paper! Create an insert that fits your message. Supporter is responsible for all design and printing of the piece. All inserts must be provided for approval and shipped to our pre-assembly vendor by the required date.

Support the event app and have your company's brand at the attendee's fingertips. Email Marketing

Create a special message to all pre-registered healthcare professionals and WOCNext event email subscribers delivered prior to WOCNext 2023. Send us your content in word format along with links and images. We will design/draft for your review prior to sending your message.
