Welcome to the Mideast Region of the WOCN® Society
The Mideast Region (MER) includes Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and West Virginia. We are honored that Norma Gill and other WOC nurse leaders are from our region. Our vision is for our members to be recognized as the most valued and respected leaders in healthcare.

To share our passion for this role, we are establishing a formal mentoring program for new nurses and others who want to improve their leadership skills. We aim to provide more leadership training at our yearly conference.
As we acknowledge the accomplishments of WOC nurses, we are planning to focus on the meaningful and measurable accomplishments our nurses are making in healthcare. This shares our passion and elevates the profession with a focus on our unique roles in healthcare.
