Alfred is the world's first smart care management platform. It combines smart, patented technology with human intervention to create a care managment platform for those living with medical bags. The Alfred SmartBag is the world's first smart ostomy bag. It incorporates unique functionality and includes the following features; the ability to track output level, monitor stoma irritation, detect output state all with wireless connectivity to capture data and sync to the Cloud via Bluetooth and mobile data. Patients can receive smart alterts on their phones and there is seamless connection to the Alfred App. Our products are FDA cleared, HIPAA compliant and available on prescription via insurance.
But Alfred is not just smart technology; it also incoporates a unique peer-to-peer patient support offering. We call it our Patient Coaches Program. All our Patient Coaches are ostomates. They have a unique, first hand understanding of being a patient and an empathy that comes with that shared experience. Our PCs are based across the US. Their emotional and pastoral support is appreciated by patients but also hugely by nurses as it complements their clinical expertise and gives them greater capacity. We also have a nursing programme; 11 Health employs a team of experienced nurses who work directly with their fellow professionals on understanding the value of the Alfred care management platform from a nurses perspective.
