Avra provides the clinician valuable patient to surface interface pressure data. Cumulative pressure exposure data is captured throughout surgery and alerts the clinician when tissues are deemed at risk for a pressure injury. That pressure exposure data is then shared post-operatively to optimize the effectiveness of PI interventions in the continuum of care.
Aquari™ Immersion Simulation
Aquari is a support surface system that engages surgical patients in an immersive and 3-dimensional manner. Aquari analyzes the pressure waveform generated by the patient when sinking into the surface, then precisely adjusts the air density in the pad to simulate immersion in a fluid medium. This dynamically reduces undesired soft tissue deformation and maintains perfusion to tissue at risk for a PI.
