Online Event Demographics

With 80% of all exhibitors responding to our post-event survey, overall, 78% of exhibitors felt WOCNext 2020 Reimagined had a positive effect on their immediate business goals.

The vast majority of exhibitors from WOCNext 2020 were exceptionally supportive and willing to experience a professionally designed and stimulating educational online event, WOCNext 2020 Reimagined, June 5-7, 2020. 70 companies participated in our online event and took advantage of our online Virtual Exhibit Hall as well as online networking tools and activities. 

WOCNext 2020 Reimagined set a new record for registration of healthcare professionals (not including exhibiting staff): 3,600+.  Attendees who interacted with the Exhibit Hall: 144% increase vs. 2019 attendance. Exhibit Hall traffic created 22,000 pageviews & 9,600+ unique visitors.

"MyConnect" E-Community

For both in-person and online exhibiting, your virtual presence starts April 16 through July 16, 2021. Exhibitors promote their online "MyConnect" Exhibitor Profile through free email and appointment-requesting messages, viewing pre-registered individual demographics and developing relationships. "MyConnect": 13,000+ visitors creating 447 average page views & 368 average unique views per exhibitor. The Exhibit Hall Floor Plan and alphabetical exhibtor list was viewed by over 4,200 attendees. This website provided easy viewing of Exhibitor Profiles, banner advertisements, featured “Top of the List” exhibitors, logos highlighting exhibitor booths). Exhibitor product images, video, press release, and booth event special “galleries” were viewed by over 4,500 attendees.

  • More than 5,700 WOCN Society wound, ostomy, and continence (WOC) nurse members represent your future marketplace. Nurses think the exhibit program is applicable to their work setting and relevant to their practice/profession, second only to earning continuing education credits to maintain their certification. Terms & Conditions

Changes in existing contracts email cbrown@wocn.org. Valid only when acknowledged. Corporate Membership must be maintained through this event to earn Corporate Member booth rates. If not, non-member rates apply.

Payments: $500.00 non-refundable deposit due with each contract. Subsequent payment: by Thursday, December 15, 2020, one-half of the total booth fee. By Friday, January 15, 2021, the final payment in full. Payment must be received on time, otherwise, exhibit space may be released. After Friday, January 15, 2021: the exhibit contract must include 100% payment. Refunds not available after Friday, January 15, 2021.

Canceling or downsizing all or part of exhibit space through January 15, 2021 results in loss of non-refundable deposit ($500.00) and November 1, 2020 payment. Downsizing may result in relocation. If the downsizing results in creating unusable space, the exhibitor becomes responsible for 100% full payment for said space.

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover): For chargeable amounts of $5,000.00 and greater, an additional non-refundable 3% service fee is applied to the total transaction amount. Refunds subject to an additional 3% service fee; Wire Transfer fee $30.00; domestic Automated Clearing House (ACH), no fee.
