E-mail Blasts - $4,500

Create a special message to all pre-registered WOC nurses delivered prior to WOCNext 2020 Reimagined. Send us your content in word format along with links and images. We will design/draft for your review prior to sending your message. Use this as a chance to connect and share your message before the event.
For an additional $1,500, plan a post event message within two weeks of the event.

Focus Groups - $6,000

Conducting focus groups and targeted consumer research at WOCNext provides companies with a unique opportunity to gain a truly in-depth perspective from the professionals on the front lines of wound, ostomy and continence care. The cost includes virtual focus group scheduling and management of invitations to individuals that meet key company criteria. Innovation Hub - $4,000 each

Showcase your product or service in our online educational player. In an enviornment to create an interactive environment between you and WOCNext Reimagined attendees. This is your opportunity to host a conversation, product launch or educational presentation within our main schedule. These programs are promoted through the event program, web site and Final Program, along with buzz notifications to maximize attendance. These sessions will be non-CE and must be approved by the WOCN staff in advance. WOCN will provide an attendance list from your session, post event. 

MyWOCN Upgrades - prices vary

Social Media Packages - Prices Vary

Option 1: Social media bundle
- One post to each social media outlet (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & LinkedIn).
- The Society must approve the text/image before posting.
- No boosting option available.
- Corporate Member: $800
- Non-member: $1,100

Option 2: Facebook only
- Two posts to Facebook within seven days.
- The Society must approve the text/image before posting.
- Boosting option available for Corporate Members.
- Corporate Member: $400 or $750 for boosted post
- Non-member: $650 no boosting option available

Video Chat Upgrade - $1,000/hr

Take your attendee interaction to the next levle and schedule a Video chat within your online booth space. This one hour video chat must be scheduled during Exhibit Hall hours and can be used for education, demos, etc.
