WOCNext® 2022 is a global, hybrid event from WOCN® and WCET® and the annual conference for both organizations! Members and non-members from around the world are invited to unite June 5-8th to celebrate diversity and gain perspectives that will advance the practice and delivery of wound, ostomy, and continence care. All education, networking, and activities are available in-person in Fort Worth, Texas or virtually, providing a complete WOCNext® experience for healthcare professionals near and far.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND WOCNEXT 2022?
Members and non-members of WOCN and WCET are invited to WOCNext 2022. This global education event is designed for all levels of wound, ostomy, and continence nurses, enterestomal therapy nurses, multi-discipline clinicians, healthcare providers, and caregivers. Any healthcare professional focused on improving outcomes for individuals with wound, ostomy, and continence care needs will find value in this event.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE EVENT?
WOCNext 2022 will unite wound, ostomy, and continence care nurses, enterestomal therapy nurses, and healthcare professionals from around the world, bringing global perspectives to the big challenges and small victories we ALL face. Offered virtually or in-person, WOCNext 2022 will cover prominent topics like diversity, culturally congruent care, and considering social and emotional impacts for those living with wound, ostomy, and continence care needs. It will aim to bring healing to the WOC and Enterestomal Therapy communities through global support and compassion for our unique and shared experiences.

WOCNext 2022 is a global, hybrid event that has been carefully designed to leave no one, and no content, out! Whether you attend in-person in Fort Worth, Texas, virtually from your home or office, or a mix of both—you will get the complete WOCNext experience.
In-person attendees will experience WOCNext 2022 from the Convention Center in Fort Worth, Texas. Safety protocols will be assessed and enforced to ensure the health of all attendees.
YOU MAY WANT TO ATTEND IN-PERSON IF:
- You're able to and feel comfortable traveling
- You learn best when in-person with others
- You enjoy networking face-to-face with other attendees and exhibitors
- You'd like to take advantage of in-person only workshops
- You're interested in exploring Fort Worth, Texas
Virtual attendees will experience WOCNext 2022 from the convenience of home or another location via a computer or tablet. All education, networking, and activities will be interactive and accessible online.
YOU MAY WANT TO ATTEND VIRTUALLY IF:
- You feel more comfortable at home or cannot travel
- Your schedule requires (and enjoys) the flexibility
- You enjoy connecting virtually with other attendees and exhibitors
- You prefer to learn and earn Contact Hours at your own pace

Take advantage of our group discount!
Register one person at the full in-person price and save 10% on up to 5 additional in-person registrations! To take advantage of this group discount, enter your first registrant and select "Add Another Registrant" on Step 5. Continue registering each person in your group. When you reach the total number in your order, the discount will automatically be reflected for each registrant. Group discount only available for in-person registrations. Registrants added after you checkout will not be part of the same order and therefore are not eligible for the volume discount.

REGISTRATION POLICIES
Cancellation/Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be emailed to Julianna King Williams at
jking@wocn.org. A $75.00 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations postmarked on or before Friday, May 13, 2022. After Friday, May 13, 2022, refund requests cannot be honored. All refunds will be issued after the event.
Registration Transfer Policy
All registration transfer requests must be emailed to Julianna King Williams at jking@wocn.org. The registrant that wishes to transfer their registration must submit a letter stating who they are transferring their registration to. The individual receiving the registration transfer may need to upgrade or modify the existing registration. All financial aspects of the transfer must be handled between the current and new registrant. If you need to cancel your registration, all refund requests must be in by Friday, May 13, 2022.
Full-time Student
*Any individual who is a full-time student in a health-related field or attending a WOCN accredited educational program can take advantage of the student fees. Students must show proof of student status (e.g., copy of current enrollment or letter from faculty advisor) with registration. Click here for a sample of a letter from a faculty advisor.
WOCN Society reserves the right to substitute faculty or reschedule sessions.
