EVENT SUPPORT AND MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES

Networking & Education

A 75-minute educational session to be held throughout our WOCNext 2021 program*. These sessions include the following elements:

  • Experienced WOCNext event Moderator to facilitate session and live Q&A
  • Polling within the session
  • All sessions will be recorded and available on-demand for attendee viewing post event
  • Ability to play a 30-90 second video at the start of your session
  • List of all contact information for those that attended your session
  • Special marketing of all Symposia sessions via WOCNext emails and social media
  • Included in the main program schedule on the conference website, mobile app and virtual event platform

CE Symposium $35,000 Educational presentation to be created, managed and executed by the WOCNext National Conference Planning Committee and awarded continuing education credits.
Non-CE Symposium $25,000 Educational presentation to be created, managed and executed by the supporting company and produced on our virtual event platform.

On Demand - $4,000 each

Showcase your product or service with a 30-minute Non-CE presentation. Your presentation could include an infomercial, panel discussion, or research update. All Live and On Demand sessions will live in our NEW “Innovation Hub” section of the virtual platform. All presentations must be approved by WOCNext staff prior to the event.

These sessions include the following elements:

  • List of all contact information for those that attended your session
  • Special marketing of all Innovation Hub sessions via WOCNext emails and social media
  • Included in promotion on the conference website, mobile app, and virtual event platform
Live Live produced presentation including an experienced WOCNext event moderator (optional) to facilitate the presentation and Q&A as well as audience polling. Live presentations are included as part of the event Program schedule. Presentation is recorded and placed on demand for attendee viewing post event.
On Demand Pre-recorded presentation produced by you or our partners, featured in our dedicated “Innovation Hub” section of the virtual event platform. Available on demand for attendee viewing during and after the live event.

WOCNext will be a virtual event featuring online education, networking, and engagement activities with over 30 accredited sessions that will allow virtual attendees to interact with the educational speakers. This will come with promotion in all avenues as well as a limited number of pre-session commercials slots. Added interaction will be incorporated into the event platform with 2021 upgrades as well as the Engage Challenge! Engage is a friendly competitive game that encourages attendees to engage with one another all while earning badges and points for each achievement reached. As the featured sponsor for the virtual event, the supporter receives a dedicated webpage within the live streaming portal that can be branded, including resources, links, embedded video, etc. All participants receive a badge for visiting the supporter page.

Place a 30-90 second video that your company produces and provides, before one select concurrent session to promote your company, products, or education to attendees. This gives you the chance to get front row viewership before the session starts.

Join us in the fun networking event we have scheduled for all attendees! We are creating an interactive event that will have multiple “floors” with different entertainment types (trivia, DJ, mixologist, magician, etc). Each floor will have a presentation portion for the entertainment but also allows for attendees to mix and mingle between “tables” where small video chats are created. Support the event or a portion of the event and get your logo on the event platform, support acknowledged within the presentation, designated/branded tables for our staff to create conversation with attendees, and more!

Branded Attendee Experiences and Giveaways

Give a pick me up with a virtual coffee card sent to attendees. Help keep them engaged focused and fueled with a cup of coffee. Pricing based on quantity.

Upgrade available to host a small group “coffee chat” during one of our program breaks.

Encourage attendee engagement with the virtual photo booth where they can take pictures and add fun elements to it, just like a real photo booth! We will work together to create games and incentives for them to post pictures on social media using the event hashtag. The booth settings allow for customization of art and colors and will be branded jointly between the event and supporter. The inclusive, user-friendly platform allows for a personalized experience geared towards making attendees smile all while strengthening your brand. Customized features include:

  • Logo, start screen, and site color
  • Marketing and event messages
  • Unique URL
  • Digital frames, Stickers, Gallery integration, Virtual backgrounds, And more!

Help the attendees get through the day with a snack! Many options available here that can be discussed. Have a small snack included in the Welcome Box, create a snack box that you design, or even let attendees pick their own snack. Pricing based on quantity and variation.

Team up with WOCNext to create a welcome box that will be sent to the first 2,500 attendees to welcome them to the event. The box will include some fun giveaways, snacks and other items to get them ready to participate in our online event. Partial or exclusive options available. Opportunities to insert a small product sample, branded item or postcard insert available.

In the virtual environment, we all need to remember to stop and take a break. Support the attendees wellness during a 10 minute break presentation of a breathing exercise, short yoga or meditation routine. Presentation will feature your company logo and acknowledgment of support.

Digital & Traditional Advertising

Support the conference app and have your company's brand at the attendee's fingertips. Every single time they open the app your branding will appear on the app splash page, the supporter will have their own menu listing to direct attendees to the URL of their choice and will also get exclusive branding options within the app. Our app is used to allow attendees to access event information, schedules, abstracts, booth profiles and more right on their phones. The app is available in all major app stores and has seen increased usage year over year.

Request a complimentary Pre-Registered WOCNext 2021 Direct Mail List. This list will contain the US Postal Service data for an estimated 900+ WOC nursing professionals about three weeks prior to WOCNext 2021. Click here to submit a request.

Get social to gain additional brand recognition and drive traffic to your booth. Promote your brand, products or services on the news feeds of the Society’s highly engaged social media audience via sponsored posts through the WOCN Society’s social media channels. Options and prices vary.

Email Marketing

Create a special message to all pre-registered healthcare professionals, WOCN members, and WOCNext event email subscribers delivered prior to WOCNext 2021. Send us your content in word format along with links and images. We will design/draft for your review prior to sending your message. Use this as a chance to connect and share your message before the event. For an additional $1,500, plan a post event message within two weeks of the event. Published each day of the WOCNext event, attendees use this digital publication to gain insights into daily events, education, and networking opportunities while onsite. Single day advertising and exclusive event packages available.

Published every two weeks, starting November 2020, on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month through the WOCNext 2021 event. Distribution: more than 9,000.
