HEALTHY TRAVEL
Orange County and the state of Florida have begun a phased approach to reopening businesses, along with implementing some new business safety guidelines. LOCAL TRANSPORTATION
The Orlando World Center Marriott does not provide shuttle service. The are many local transport services to and from the Orlando International Airport (MCO). For a list of all transportation options, and approximate rates, to various Orlando destinations, visit the MCO transportation webpage. 

TAXI SERVICES
For passengers leaving the Airport, taxi cabs are located on the A-Side and B-Side of the Terminal, in the center of the Arrivals Level (Level 2). Taxis may carry up to 9 passengers, and charge the same rate regardless of the number of passengers. All taxicabs picking up at the Airport are regulated by the City of Orlando’s Vehicle-for-Hire ordinance which requires fares to be determined by a taximeter. Average taxi fare to Orlando World Center Marriott: $45-55 USD (one way).

PARKING AT THE ORLANDO WORLD CENTER MARRIOTT 
On-site parking fee: $24 USD daily. Valet parking fee: $35 USD daily. Fees exclude tax. Garage clearance of 7 ft 4 in. Free self-parking for guests with plug-in hybrid or electric vehicles.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
A travel insurance policy to cover theft, loss and medical problems is recommended. WOCN Society will not be liable for illness, accidents or thefts suffered by participants or accompanying persons during WOCNext 2021 or their stay in Orlando before or after the event.

GENERAL INFORMATION

ATTIRE
Business casual attire is required for all WOCNext 2021 events.

Average June Weather in Orlando:

Sweaters and light jackets may be necessary while attending WOCNext 2021, as the meeting rooms and common areas of the hotel are air conditioned.

LANGUAGE
English is the official language for WOCNext 2021.

PHOTOGRAPHY/RECORDING
WOCNext presentations are the property of the presenter, exhibitor and/or the WOCN Society. Equipment to record or photograph presentations or materials, including but not limited to mobile phones, digital/film cameras, and/or video cameras, is strictly prohibited. Only WOCN Society's official photographer may record as directed. Attendees who violate this policy after being notified to cease such activity will be escorted from the premises and may lose eligibility to attend future Society events.

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is prohibited inside the Orlando World Center Marriott. All buildings are 100% non-smoking. Most restaurants and bars are smoke free as well.
