GET EVENT HEALTH & SAFETY UPDATES

YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY IS OUR #1 PRIORITY

The health and safety of WOCNext® 2022 attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and staff remain a top priority as we return to a hybrid event featuring both online and in-person education, networking, and activities. We are making preparations to ensure the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and operational effectiveness for all participants.

* All COVID-19 pandemic policies are subject to revision based on federal or state guidance.

IN-PERSON PROTOCOL

All attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and WOCNext staff will be required to be fully vaccinated. You are considered fully vaccinated if you have received all recommended doses in your primary series of COVID-19 vaccine. At this time, there is no requirement for booster vaccinations.

All in-person attendees will be required to review and agree to our Health & Safety Waiver & Assumption of Risk during the registration process.

If you are experiencing CDC-recognized COVID-19 symptoms, have been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the two weeks leading up to the event, or have had close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, we ask that you please refrain from attending in-person and join us virtually instead.

UPLOAD YOUR PROOF OF VACCINATION

For those registered for the in-person meeting, you will receive a link to upload and verify your vaccine status as it gets closer to the event.
