MATCH MADNESS

Join us on June 16 and 17 for Match Madness--a two-day online networking event for exhibitors and attendees. Meet face-to-face via your video conference platform with attendees who express interest in your company’s products and services before WOCNext 2021 begins! Plus, the exhibitor who generates the most appointments for Match Madness will be awarded a special discount toward exhibit space and advertising for WOCNext 2022!

Step 1: Update Your Profile

• Log into MyConnect and complete your Exhibitor Profile under the MyConnect Preparation section
• Enter your company information, and select categories that represent your products and services

Step 2: Find Attendees

• Search for attendees based on their products of interest
• View the attendees interested in your company
• View your matched attendees

Step 3: Start Connecting

• Click the email envelope icon next to an attendee’s name to send them an email and set up an appointment for June 16-17.
• Please note you will need to set up a meeting within your own platform (Zoom, Webex, Teams, etc.) and provide attendees with the link invitation information
• View the messages you sent to attendees here
• Manage your appointment calendar here

Step 4: Meet Up with Your Matches

• On June 16-17, simply log in to your video chat platform to attend your virtual meetings with attendees
• Start chatting with attendees to generate sales leads before WOCNext 2021
